RC REPAIR TERMS & CONDITIONS

By requesting service, leaving equipment for repair, approving an estimate, authorizing repairs by phone, text, email, or in person, or by paying this invoice, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. Payment of this invoice constitutes acceptance of all repairs performed and charges incurred.

REPAIRS & ESTIMATES
All estimates are based on visible inspection and may change if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. Hidden damage, worn components, previous repairs, aftermarket modifications, or electronic failures may not be evident during initial inspection. Additional repairs may require additional parts and labor charges.

DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES
Diagnostic and troubleshooting labor is billable regardless of whether repairs are approved or completed. Customers are responsible for all diagnostic charges incurred during inspection and testing.

ELECTRONICS & COMPONENTS
RC vehicles operate under extreme conditions and components may fail without warning. We cannot guarantee the future reliability of electronics, motors, servos, ESCs, receivers, transmitters, batteries, engines, driveline components, or aftermarket parts. Repairs to one component may reveal or expose additional issues not related to the original repair.

NITRO ENGINE TUNING
Nitro engine tuning is affected by elevation, temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, fuel quality, glow plug condition, engine wear, and operating environment. Tuning performed at our facility is based on local conditions at the time of service and may require adjustment after pickup or operation in different weather or elevations. Routine tuning adjustments are considered normal maintenance and are not covered under warranty.

BATTERIES
Battery performance and lifespan cannot be guaranteed. Batteries naturally degrade over time and may fail due to age, storage conditions, impact damage, misuse, manufacturing defects, over-discharge, or overcharging.

TESTING
Vehicles may be operated, bench tested, radio tested, and road or track tested as necessary to verify proper operation before release.

WARRANTY
Labor is warranted for 30 days on the specific repair performed. Warranty does not cover crash damage, water damage, misuse, abuse, overheating, racing incidents, customer modifications, normal wear and tear, battery failures, tuning adjustments, or failures unrelated to the original repair. Warranty determinations are made after inspection by our technicians.

Used Equipment Disclaimer: Due to the age, condition, and prior use of customer equipment, we cannot guarantee overall vehicle reliability after repair. Our warranty is limited solely to the specific repair performed.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair performed. We are not responsible for incidental, consequential, or secondary damages, loss of use, loss of enjoyment, lost competition time, or damage to unrelated components.

STORAGE & ABANDONED PROPERTY
Completed repairs must be picked up promptly. Equipment left more than 30 days after notification may be subject to storage fees and may be considered abandoned property as permitted by applicable law.

RC vehicles are hobby-grade products that experience wear, impact, vibration, and component failure during normal use. Repairs do not restore a vehicle to new condition and future failures may occur at any time.

PAYMENT OF THIS INVOICE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED ABOVE.
